• PESERVER CLAIM / LOCK HELD ON SYSDBASE WHEN PWH DB DOESN'T EXIST
  

Local fix

• If DB2 Connect Monitoring is to be used PWH DB must be configued
  via ICAT and PWH=YES executed in PESERVER at least once. This
  will create the database and tables needed.

  *                      Server will permanently hold the lock   *
  *                      on DB2 resource SYSDBASE or other       *
  *                      DB2 resources. This will cause lock     *
  *                      conflicts when other applications try   *
  *                      to access the same DB2 resources.       *
