Error description

• This APAR fixes the following:
  1) Provides support for the IMS Connect Sendonly with
  ACK and Sendonly with XCF order.
  2) Fixes dialog error when ageing interval exceeds two digits.
  3) For CM=0 and persistent socket, only first message is routed.

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  CEX message routing is set at the socket level. Once CEX has
  determined where to route the message, when using transaction
  or workload balancing feature, all messages on the socket are
  routed to the same DS. If the DS is stopped the messages
  continue to be routed to the stopped DS and the application
  receives DS not available. Message routing should be on a
  message level, and if a DS goes away the message should be
  routed to any remaining eligble DS.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR fixes PMR11563 and includes some additional
  service as follows:
  a. Fixes dialog error when ageing interval exceeds
     two digits.
  b. Provides support for IMS Connect Sendonly with
     ACK and Sendonly with XCF order.
