Error description

• Historical panel with different keyword filtering behavior:
  When filtering on PLAN, the filter appears to be imposed at the
  interval display level. Intervals that do not have qualifying
  threads are noted with message " NO Qualifying Thread Activity "
  .
  When filtering on Package the filter appears to be imposed at
  the detail level when zooming on a specific thread - this is too
  late in the flow.

  In addtional brief testing it apprears that filtering on AUTHID
  and CONNTYPE works like filtering on PLAN, all other filter
  values seem to work like PACKAGE.

Problem conclusion

• THE DESIGN OF PANEL ZHAFL AND ITS ASSOCIATED HELP SCREEN ARE
  CHANGED TO MAKE THE USE OF FILTERS MORE CLEAR.
