Error description

• INCORRECT IN-DB2 CPU TIME FOR PACKAGES ON PANEL ZPKG
  
  Here are the steps to get there:
  1) option T  THREAD ACTIVITY from main menu (panel ZMENU)
  2) zoom in a thread with PF11
  3) once in a THREAD DETAIL (panel ZTDTL), select option
      K-PACKAGES which will bring you to panel ZPKG
  
  for example: we will see

  then we'll hit enter a few seconds later and see

  Notice the elapsed time for package ASNAISO keeps going up which
  is normal but the IN-DB2 CPU time went down, then if you hit
  enter again the cpu will look more realistic again and be higher
  than the first snapshot, then if you hit enter again it goes
  back down.....
