Error description
When ILDS CISZE in IDCAMS is not a multiple of 4096, IMS issues DFS0434I BUFFER SIZE OR KEYWORD INVALID. Although processing is successful, client wishes Index Builder to round up to multiple of 4096 so message is not issued.

IB obtained the CI sizes from the VSAM catalog and created DFSVSAMP entries.
Problem conclusion
IB rounds up the DFSVSAMP entries to the nearest multiple of 4096.
