Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool panel ADB21CDU 'Update Runstats
  Information' updates fail SQLCODE +100 / SQLCODEN100 as the
  WHERE clause used the new value rather than the existing
  value.

  The update statement generated uses  the new value for FREQUENCY
  in the WHERE clause rather than the existing value; thus the row
  cannot be found in the  SYSCOLDIST catalog table, leading to the
  +100 "row not found" condition.
  

Problem conclusion

• The original  problem  has been fixed.  The following additional
  problems related to update of runstats on
  ADB21CDU are fixed as well:
  - STATSTIME column  of SYSCOLDIST also uses the new value in the
    WHERE clause instead of the old.
  - STATSTIME value  shown on the ADB21CDU  may be inaccurate when
    ADB21CDU is entered through the path ADB21TC -- DI -->ADB21CDI
    -- UR --> ADB21CDU.
  - UR command  entered from the  panel ADB21CDH produces a DELETE
    statement instead of UPDATE.
  - RH command on  ADB21CDI uses incorrect SQL,  producing invalid
    "no rows returned" condition.
  - the COLVALUE string in the SET portion of the UPDATE clause is
    cut off  for long COLVALUE  values(COLVALUE is VARCHAR(2000)).
    Fixed by making the COLVALUE fields scrollable on ADB21CDU.
