Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool panel ADBH1PL "HELP: xxxx Package
  List" incorrectly described column Timestamp on panel ADBH1PL
  as "When package was bound." when the column is actually
  derived from the TIMESTAMP column from SYSIBM.SYSPACKLIST which
  is described as "Timestamp indicating when the row was created."
  
  The timestamp for when the package was bound is found in the
  BINDTIME column in SYSIBM.SYSPACKAGE.

  *                      incorrect.                              *

  * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY the PTF                                *

  Help Panel ADBH1PL has been corrected to change the
  TIMESTAMP description. SYSIBM.SYSPACKLIST will be
  filled during bind with option pklist. So timestamp
  is bind timestamp of plan and not of package.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been corrected.
