PK37007: REGR: INCLUDING THE "SUPPORT FOR STARTED JOB" IN ICAT PANEL

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In the ICAT configuration, add the following for the PWH
  completion in the step "Complete the configuration". This one
  should be included along with the description for job
  <PWG1ssid>.
  The specified Performance Warehouse job (variable W1) is used by
  the OMEGAMON Server to create, control and operate the
  Performance Warehouse. This job will be run as a 'Started job'.
  Most systems support started jobs by default.
  But if that is not setup, the OMEGAMON Server will fail in
  creating the Performance Warehouse and the z/OS creates an
  additional job card for this job during execution and the job
  will not run having 2 JOB cards. In this case contact the system
  programmer and ask him to enable support of started jobs by
  performing the following:
  The system proclib should be added in the concatenation for DD
  name IEFPDSI or IEFJOBS in the MSTJCLxx member of SYS1.PARMLIB
  where xx relates to the LPAR name.
