Error description

• The program encounters a handled error (in this specifc case,
  the error is message ALAA411E), but does not properly cleanup
  before termination. This leaves pending I/O is an incorrect
  state, and causes abend A00.
  
  The fix is to properly handle termination, and exit with the
  correct error message being displayed and no abend.
