Error description
IN SQLPA under the ISPF interface on panels ANLNEW1 and ANLNEW2 the PF3 key acts as an "ENTER" key rather than as an "EXIT" key. Also, PF3 from panel ANLTAB2 exits properly to panel ANLWHAT, but then changing any option on ANLWHAT and hitting enter kicks the TSO user out of SQLPA entirely. This also happens when line command 'x' is used from panel ANLNEW1. ADDITIONAL SYMPTOMS: 1) SQLCODE -204 when SQLPA does not properly substitute the HLQ of a table name. 2) SQLPA loop repeating the following message ANL3099E A TERMINAL PROCESSING ERROR HAS OCCURRED PLI ERROR CODE = 1003 ANL ERROR CODE = 0 & RETURN CODE = 16 3) ANL1009W Pgm cannot determine the cost of statement: nnnnnnnnn, Sqlcode = -104. This can occur when program ANLPGM3N parses a SELECT with declare cursor with rowset positioning.
