Error description

• When binary data is stored within a character field and that
  binary data contains a X'0E' and there is not a trailing X'0F',
  then ALA generates a character string with the given values that
  can not be used. This fix will cause ALA to generate the data in
  hexadecimal format which then can be used successfully.
