  JCL and comment errors in Skeleton JCL.
  Batch FASTGEN job IOHFGEN Message IOH268E and ABENDU4021 when
  requesting inactive target libraries in a GLOBAL Online
  Change Environment.
  Batch JCLIN Generator job IOHFGEN Message IOH268E and
  ABENDU4021 when requesting inactive target libraries
  in a GLOBAL Online Change Environment.
  Changing the GEN SRC column in a History Log display results
  in message IEC130I IOHLOG DD Statement missing and the updated
  GEN SRC entries are not changed.
  Change incorrect message IOH7204E to IOH7205E.
  Remove unused ISPF messages from ISPMLIB.
  

Problem conclusion

• All of the above mentioned problems are now resolved.
