Support for local port events and local session status
in Active Session Monitor.
Support for recorder trace entry AE added by XML adapter.
Fix for: Abend 052-A21 at shutdown when local port and

Fix for: CEX Service Exit RC=4 RSN=041E0101 during

Fix for: DSN length error for some valid active and
