PK33937: CMD RESPONSES MISSING FROM LOG WHEN DFSAOE00 AND DFSAOUE0 ARE PRESENT

Error description

• Command responses are missing from the IMS Sysplex Manager log
  when DFSAOE00 and DFSAOUE0 are present.

Problem summary

  * USERS AFFECTED: SM users whose environment has both type-1   *
  *                 AO exit DFSAOUE0 and type-2 AO exit          *
  *                 DFSAOE00 installed.                          *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Initially, SM only employs type-2 AO    *
  *                      exit DFSAOE00 log command and responses *
  *                      However, when type-1 AO exit DFSAOUE0   *
  *                      also exists, subsequent segements of    *
  *                      commmand and command responses as well  *
  *                      as multi-segment MTO messages are       *
  *                      not passed to type-2 DFSAOE00 if the    *
  *                      last DFSAOE00 exit requests IMS to      *
  *                      send the remaining messages to type-1   *
  *                      DFSAOUE0.                               *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  Type-1 AO exit DFSAOUE0 was created for SM to log all messages
  when user/vendor DFSAOUE0 also exist in the same IMS environment
  

Problem conclusion

• SM now can log all messages in all situation.
