APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The value for high2key and low2key sometimes appears in unicode
  when the values in db2 catalogtable are in EBCDIC.
  ADDITIONAL SYMPTOMS:
  Because APAR PK32601 was created for DB2 V9 toleration
  and compatability support before V9 was GA the problem
  description in PK32601 may not be viewable to all IBMLINK
  users so it is duplicated here:
  ERROR DESCRIPTION:
  Version 9 Toleration APAR
  Additional Symptoms:
  1. Change to panel ANLNEW2 to add more complete column
     information.
  2) ONCODE 1009 in EEE with invalid blksize on REPORT
     file.
