• Message 'CQM155E - ERROR OPENING xxxxxxx RETURN CODE08
  ACBERFLG=X'A8' may be issued for back store datasets when the
  files contain a second level qualifier greater than four
  characters long.
  

Local fix

• Insure second level qualifier is less than or equal to four
  characters long.
