Error description

• 1) VISUAL EXPLAIN FAILS TO START FROM THE PERFORMANCE EXPERT
  WORKSTATION CLIENT.
  2) BPA WORKSTATION CLIENT:
     (i) Allow object placement results - order by bp id
     (ii) Explicitly show BPs being set to zero size
     (iii) Inactive tablespaces were not always shown initially
     (iv) Differentiate indexes with zero size from index with
          no runstats info
  3) This APAR will be used as a level set to bring customers
     up to the current workstation client version.

Problem conclusion

• 1. Installation procedure was changed
  2. BPA workstation client code was changed:
  (i) Allow object placement results
   - order by bp id.
  => BPID Column added to object
     placement.
     BPs still ordered in Report as
  shown in the GUI.
  (ii) Explicitly show BPs being set to zero size.
  => New section "DELETED BUFFERPOOLS" in object placement
     reports, displays original size and settings.
  (iii) Inactive tablespaces were not always shown initially.
  => Behaviour of checkbox "Show only objects with activity" was
  corrected.
  (iv) Differentiate indexes with zero size from index with no
  RUNSTATS info.
  => No RUNSTATS still shown by size '?' but zero size now shows
  size '0'.
