Error description

• When HPPC Space Monitor encounters an uncataloged dataset, it
  issues MSGFABK0003E to SPMNMSG DD statement.  However, the
  detailed error description is placed in the "SPACE ANALYSIS BY
  DATA SET REPORT" which is written to SPMNPRT DD statement.  The
  error message should be written to SPMNMSG too so that the user
  can identify the cause of an error more easily.

  When HPPC Space Monitor encounters an incorrect data set
  (e.g. uncataloged), it issues MSGFABK0003E to SPMNMSG DD
  statement. However, detailed error description is placed in
  "SPACE ANALYSIS BY DATA SET REPORT" which is written to SPMNPRT
  DD statement. Error message should be written to SPMNMSG too so
  that user can identify the cause of an error more easily.

• The module FABKLIST and FABKMGTB have been fixed to issue new
  message MSGFABK0009E.
