Error description

  • ABEND U0102 LABEL=E2D90009 in DFSZSR00 can occur for a BMP being
restarted by Program Restart if there are no database PCB's
checkpointed in the first TYPE18 log record.  Program Restart is
being changed to avoid this abend.

ABEND U0102 LABEL=E2D90009 in DFSZSR00 can occur when a BMP
being restarted has no checkpointed database PCB's in the
first x'18' log record. Program Restart is being corrected
to handle this record properly.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • This APAR makes sure that Program Restart properly handles log
records for failed BMP's that do not checkpoint any database
PCB's.
