    ABEND0C4 occurs in the CSECT FABH090 of the module FABH0117,
    FABH0118 or FABH0119 if both of the following conditions
    are met:

    1. Both the skip error option and the error diagnosis option
       are specified in one of the following ways;
     (a) For an HP Unload job other than FABHFSU job,
         both SKERROR and DIAGG are specified in //HSSROPT DD
     (b) For a FABHFSU job, the value 1 or 2 is specified
         at column 28 of the DBD control statement in //CARDIN DD
     (c) For an IPR Unload job, SKIPERROR=n and DIAGG=YES are
         specified in //HPSIN DD

    2. No HALDB partition is opened because of a partition selection
       error like "DFS047A UNABLE TO OBTAIN AUTHORIZATION".

    If both conditions are met, each partition is skipped with
    the FABH0629W message and the unload processing is continued.
    And then ABEND0C4 occurs while producing the error diagnosis.

Problem conclusion

  • The module FABH090 has been modified not to refer to
    the internal control block for the HALDB partitions
    when no partition is processed.
