APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Certain FORMAT PAGE type log records may be tracked which are
  unnecessary for the product. These log records, once part of the
  product's EXTFILE, may cause problems downstream. Reported
  problems have been PUT errors against ROWDATA (ret
  code=8...duplicates) and S0C4 during the general report. THese
  problems have only been reported in V2.3, but these records
  should not be tracked in any release, as they are unnecessary,
  and add to the size of the EXTFILE.
