PK28379: DFR TO CORRECT THE UORTIME TIMESTAMP FOR WHEN IT GENERATES A NOTIFY.BACKOUT COMMAND FOR A FULL FUNCTION PSB THAT IS IN-FLIGHT

Error description

• DEDB Fast Recovery needs to change UORTIME to one of the two
  formats <UTC Format> or <Local-Time & Offset Format> so Batch
  Backout can process the BACKOUT record appropriately.

  *                 Release 2 (FMID=H1J2220) users who specify   *
  *                 a DBRCIN DD statement in a JCL under IMS V8  *
  *                 or IMS V9.                                   *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The DBRC commands for the BACKOUT       *
  *                      record registration which DFR writes    *
  *                      out to DBRCOUTL and DBRCOUTV DD have    *
  *                      incorrect UORTIME values.               *
  *                      They are not the standard time stump    *
  *                      format of DBRC.                         *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  The value of UORTIME for the NOTIFY.BACKOUT or CHANGE.BACKOUT
  command is the time stamp of the beginning of the UOR (found in
  the X'5607' log record).
  The time stamp must be in standard time stamp format of DBRC.
  APAR PK28379 makes a correction so that UORTIME may be outputted
  in the standard time stamp format (Local Time + TIMEZONE) of
  DBRC.
  The "UOR TIME (OFFSET)" field of "BACKOUT REQUIRED PSB LIST"
  displays the UOR start time (UTC + TIMEZONE) contained in the
  X'5607' log record as before.
  

Problem conclusion

• The following module has been modified.
  (x = 8 and 9)
  
  DFRNBKOx - This module is changed so that the UOR start time
             (UTC + TIMEZONE) contained in X'5607' log record
             might be converted to the (Local time + TIMEZONE)
             for DBRCOUTL and DBRCOUTV DD.
