Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool SQL line command when issued against
  a package which has been bound on prior releases of DB2 and the
  current release fails with:
  IBM0032S ONCODE=612 The CONVERSION condition was raised because
  a conversion error occurred when converting a character string
  to an arithmetic value.
  From compile unit ADBUNI at entry point TRANSLATE_UNI at
  statement 112
