• SQLCODE -204 with SQLSTATE 42704 when SQLPA uses USEPLAN.
  ADDITIONAL SYMPTOMS:
  1) Sample member ANLWIF31 is missing a public grant
     statement in *.SANSQL(ANLGRANT).

  1. replace ANLGOV1 module for QMF interface - new sample program
  in SANLSAMP - reassembly and re-link required.
  2. correct ANLQMF28 program for QMF interface to not show cost
  boxes unless REPORTS ANY is selected - re-link is required.
  3. Parser corrections: (a) on Synonyms, prevent overlay by
  correlation names (PMR74080). (b) Improve high level qualifier
  insert routine to obtain correct lengths for V7 and V8 Compat
  modes (PMR07857);  (c) correct for missing parsed query blocks
  on outer joins (PMR62929).

  ANLGRANT member of SANLSQL (PMR17563)
