PK23581: ADMIN TOOL PANEL ADB21D DOES NOT RECOVER FROM OR PROCESS THE UTIL COMMAND CORRECTLY

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The Admin Tool ADB21D panel does not process or recover from the
  UTIL command, or after a failed attempt of UTIL as a line
  line command, the ADB21D panel will report it as invalid when
  used on the command line. A subsequent "enter" causes it to work
  

Local fix

• just press the "enter" key again, no errors occur, the
  malfunction is more of a nuisance.
