Error description

  • When generating both tablespace and INDEX REORG's, an INDEX
REORG for an NPI may be unnecessarily generated when a REORG
for the entire tablespace has also been generated, i.e., when
the tablespace is at the ALL level, not the PART level.

This fix will prevent the REORG INDEX for an NPI if the entire
tablespace is being REORG'd at the 'ALL' level.
