Error description

• When only miscellaneous filters are used, and DECLARED GLOBAL
  TEMPORARY TABLES (DGTT) are used at the site, S0c4 possible in
  ALASUBG while tracking these DGTTs.
  The abend would occur in ALAGEN1 under R210 only.
