Error description

• OB0910: Program Check - Recovery Successful-ONTA+1D3C
  
  The abending code is in a service routine which is called to
  format numeric data for display on the screen.  This should be
  unrelated to the issues with the historic collector.   You see,
  there is code to collect the data and other code to display the
  data.
  
  The code at ONTA+1D3C is doing a decimal divide.  So, L3 expect
  the abend would be a divide exception of some type.
  
  FYI.
  Got this to happen again going into the historical for threads:

Problem conclusion

• When numbers on summary screen ZHARP are very large
  decimal divide abend occurs in ONTA+1D3C.
