APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The 'STACK YES' option may be incorrectly included in the IMAGE
  COPY template when the CONCURRENT option is used for the IMAGE
  utility.
  After this fix, the 'STACK YES' option will not be included in
  the template if the 'CONCURRENT' option has been selected.
  

Local fix

• Do not use templates for the IMAGE COPY datasets.
