Error description

• ISPP352 error can occur on HELP panels. It is related to the
  24X80 setting for the ISPF session. This APAR addresses the
  Table Editor (ETI) behavior for HELP panels with that screen
  setting.    MSGISPP352
  

Local fix

• Change the session parameters to 43X80.
