Error description
Reviewing the following documentation from the Information Cente http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/wasinfo/v6r0/index.jsp? topic=/com.ibm.websphere.nd.doc/info/ae/ae/twbs_securev6wss.html The client can be mislead. The ibm-webservices-bnd.xmi is required by the web service engine to work. The ibm-webservices-bnd.xmi contains such properties as wsDescNameLink, pc-name-link, and scope, which are links to information in webservices.xml--i.e., information that is not related to ws-security.rvices.xml--i.e., information that is not The 6.0.x InfoCenter article "ibm-webservices-bnd.xmi assemply properties" goes on to say, "This file contains information for the Web services run time that is either WebSphere product-specific or was not specified by the Web Services for Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE) specification." So while it's not required by any spec, WebSphere requires it. We do not support applications that do not package the necessary web services deployment descriptors: webservices.xml, ibm-webservices-ext.xmi, ibm-webservices-bnd.xmi, webservicesclient.xml, ibm-webservicesclient-ext.xmi, ibm-webservicesclient-bnd.xmi, mapping files, etc.

Problem conclusion
Changed the text in rwbs_assembprop.html as follows: The ibm-webservices-bnd.xmi file is a deployment descriptor for a Web services-enabled Web module or an enterprise JavaBeans (EJB) module. This file contains information for the Web services run time that is required by WebSphere Application Server.
