Error description

• Some date and time variables in templates may be resolved at job
  build time instead of run time.
  
  This fix will allow the variables to be used in the generated
  JCL rather than having them resolved at build time.  This will
  only occur if the 'Gen Image Copy DSNs in GMT' flag is set to
  'Y', otherwise the variables will be resolved at build time and
  the actual values, not the variables will be placed in the
  generated JCL.
  
  These variables will be affected: Time, Date, Year, Month, Day,
  Julian Day, Hours, Minutes, Seconds.
