Error description

• From panel CQM$ACTA (Current Activity), attempts to view SQL
  text associated with an OPEN statement issued from a batch
  program currently in execution result in a display of error
  message CQM145I ("CQM145I - SQL text not available. The SQL text
  for the item under review is not available in the DB2
  catalog.").  MSGCQM145I
  .
  Code will be modified to eliminate the error message and to make
  the SQL text described above available for viewing.
