Error description

• An error message ADB21SAC: Invalid action=FIRST is issued when
  an ALC command is issued against a partitioned table, the REL
  command is used to find the partitioning index then the ALTER
  command used to alter the LIMIT KEY of the index. No other
  changes made to the table or index.
