Error description

• Conversion of "Execute SQL Statements from Screen Input" to
  batch for SQL using --SET TERMINATOR syntax fails with
  ADBTEP2 halted due to a functional comment (--#SET) statement
  error: Invalid value, "?;", specified for TERMINATOR.
  The invalid value was a semi-colon added in error to the
  --SET TERMINATOR ? string.
  

Local fix

• Remove the semi-colon added in error.
