APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Memory is exhausted, but processing does not properly stop, and
  this subsequently causes a S0C4 abend. REGION=0M on the JOBCARD
  statement may alleviate this problem as well.

• If this is the problem then specifying
     REGION=0M
  on the JOBCARD statement may relieve the problem.
