Error description

• When conversion services fails, currently a message indicating
  the exact return and reason codes from this service are
  displayed in the message. Adding the source CCSID, target SBCS
  CCSID, and target MBCS CCSID attempted. Message changes from
  generic message ALAA156I to specific message ALAA419I.

  ALAA419I: ret cde: aa, res cde: bb, cccc/dddd/eeee

    bb = reason code from UCS, no change here
  cccc = hex display of source CCSID
  dddd = hex display of target SBCS CCSID
