  IN EARLY RELEASES OF HPIC THERE WERE RESTRICTIONS ON HASH CHECKS
  AND KSDS DATA SETS FOR CONCURRENT IMAGE COPIES. IN SUPPORT OF
  HPIC, DBCS DID NOT ALLOW HASH CHECKING IF CIC WAS SPECIFIED
  DURING SETUP, NOR DID IT INCLUDE KSDS DATA SETS IN THE GENERATED
  CIC JCL.
  LATER RELEASES OF HPIC REMOVED THE RESTRICTIONS ON CIC. THIS
  APAR REMOVES THE RESTRICTIONS IN DBCS.
