Error description

• When a PARTITIONED index was compared with itself (DDL File to
  DB2 Catalog) Object Compare incorrectly converted it to a simple
  index.

Problem conclusion

• Limit Keys shouldn't be quoted if contain date, time  or
  timestamp value. The reported problem has been fixed for
  partitioned tables.
