Error description

• This APAR will address two problems:
  1) ABEND130 HRFOREOD after a delete / define of the ORF restart
     dataset.
  2) Volser's are inconsistent for an Image Copy when the IC
     exceeds 6 volumes. MSGHRF01556E will show more than 6 volume
     serial numbers and MSGHRF01557E will only show the first 6
     volume serial numbers that were displayed on MSGHRF01556E.

Problem conclusion

• Fixed RC=20 when running maintenance utility (support for
  multiple SETOP members).
  HRF0155E Information for IC data set in catalog is different
  if image copy expands more than 6 volumes.
  S130 in first ORF job after new restart data set defined.
  Corrected allocation amounts for image copy data sets. Primary
  allocation is equal to high used rba in cylinders and secondary
  is 10% of that.
