  APPC ADDRESS SPACE IF THE SIOHLOAD DATA SET
  HAS UACC(NONE) SPECIFIED.  THIS COULD INCLUDE
  MESSAGE ICH408I INDICATING THAT USER IOHZMAIN
  (THE APPC TASK NAME) DID NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE
  SIOHLOAD DATA SET.

Problem conclusion

• Change HP SYSGEN to pass the TSO User's security
  ID to the APPC Address Space. Ensure that access
  is available to the IOHLOG Data Set by using the
  "HP SYSGEN AUTHORIZED USERID" to update IOHLOG.
