  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: DB2 Administration Tool will encounter  *
  *                      Parser  error  on  CREATE TS/IX  where  *
  *                      PQTY/SEQTY = -1.                        *
  *                      Note: Validate, Interpret, Cloning      *
  *                            commands for WSL.                 *

  *                      Problem appears in DB2 v8, where -1 is  *
  *                      a valid  value  for  either  PRIQTY or  *
