*                 use ADB2GEN  and  Object Compare, may        *
*                 be affected.                                 *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: In  some  cases, it is not possible for *
*                      ADB2GEN to determine some of the system *
*                      parameters currently being used by DB2. *
*                      The  decimal  point  option  (comma  or *
*                      decimal point)  is  an example of this. *

Object Compare does not honor the DECIMAL=COMMA in the DB2
DSNHDECP load module CSECT, leading to a parsing error.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • ADB2REE has been changed so that it reports the values obtained
from the DB2 module DSNHDECP.  In  this  way, the user can make
sure that the right DSNHDECP module  is  available, so that the
correct system parameters will be used by GEN.
