Error description

• During recovery of a DEDB, received ABENDU0385-11 out of
  FRXLMRG0. RVPB_ACTIVE_COUNT=1 and Reason=RVEARLYENDDATA.

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Abend U0385-11 on module FRXLMRG0 after *
  *                      stop command was issued.                *

  * RECOMMENDATION: INSTALL CORRECTIVE SERVICE FOR APAR/PTF      *
  ****************************************************************
  When the command cmdrecover stop allentries is issued, the
  module FRXQBUF0 did not send 'End SSID' and 'End Merge'
  notification to log merge. That is the reason
  rvpb_active_count was not zero.

  Module FRXQBUF0 is modified to call 'end SSID' and send the
  notifications of 'end SSID' and 'end merge' to the log merge
