• Closed as program error.

Error description

• An exception condition set up to trigger an object with an
  allocation between two values does not trigger. If an MVS
  CATALOG Exception Condition is Repeated and both the original
  Condition and the Repeated Condition are AND Conditions,
  Objects are not Triggered if the Object's value falls within
  the ANDed value range.
