Error description

• The "STCK to LRSN Delta" is primarily a zero value at most sites
  that use data sharing, but for those who have a non-zero value,
  the times of log records reported on will not be accurate, and
  this can result in missing data. Support for this field added in
  this APAR. A non-zero value can exist in this field if the RBA
  values are greater than the LRSN values at time of data sharing
  creation.
