Error description

• When converting HAA 1.3 profiles to HAA 2.2 using sample job
  HAACVBCT, an SQLCODE -204 can occur.  This occurs when the HAA
  1.3 repository (database BCTDB) does not exist on the DB2
  subsystem where the profiles are being loaded.
  
  When copying profiles with sample jobs HAAPROFL, HAAPROFJ, or
  HAALOADS an SQLCODE -204 can occur if the QUALIFIER option is
  not used in the BIND.  This change adds the QUALIFIER option to
  the BINDS.
