PK03594: WHEN 1 BTSIN RECORD IS GREATER THAN 58 LINES, BTS WORKS INCORRECTLY WITH BTSLIB INCLUDING BTSSAIL1

APAR status

Error description

• When 1 BTSIN record is greater than 58 lines, BTS works
  incorreclty with BTSLIB including BTSSAIL1. Another symptom is
  ABEND0C4 BTSRDR00 at x'4A8'.

  When 1 BTSIN record consists of 58 lines or more, BTS works
  incorrectly with BTSLIB including BTSSAIL1.
  In this case, BTS occurs ABEND 0C4 or an I/O area of message GU
  call has the garbage and writes the I/O area in BTSOUT.
  The trouble occurs when BTS gets the input data exceeding
  4051 bytes (57 lines) from BTSIN using BTSRC000 link-edited
  with the user exit BTSSAIL1.
  BTS expects the maximum 4051 bytes length data from BTSIN when
  BTSSAIL1 user exit interface is used.
  BTS must manage more than 4051 bytes length data.
  

Problem conclusion

• BTS is modified to manage more than 4051 bytes length data
  when BTSSAIL1 user exit interface is used.
