Error description

• HD Pointer Checker gets S0C4 abend when GETMAIN contains
  x'FF'...not x'00'.

  GETMAIN macro may return the storage with non-null value if the
  size of the storage is less than 8K bytes. But HD Pointer
  Checker refers the storage without initializing the storage and
  gets ABEND0C4.
  

Problem conclusion

• The following modules are changed to initialize the storage
  correctly before they refer to the storage:
     FABPLBLX FABPMAIN FABPPSDA FABPSDA0
