    ****************************************************************
Reorganizing two or more HALDB partitions, IPR V3 Driver
issues the HPSG0380E and HPSG0310E errors:
HPSG0380E DEACTIVATE DYNALLOC FOR INPUT DB OR REMOVE ddname
               DD FOR dbdname
     HPSG0310E DYNALLOC PROCESSING FAILED
and terminates with RC=08 after applying IMS V8 APAR PQ78758.

The cause is that IPR Unload task unnecessarily allocates the
    DDs before IPR Driver task.

Problem conclusion

  • The module FABH0208 has been modified to set the DDIRDA flag on
to suppress the dynamic allocation of the database data sets
    in the IMS DFSPSEL macro.

The FABHPSL8 and FABHPSL9 modules have been re-assembled
to use the IMS DFSPSEL macro modified by IMS V8 APAR PQ89895
    and IMS V9 APAR PQ94951.

This APAR should be applied whether these IMS APARs were
    applied or not.
